The New Mexico Utility Shareholders Alliance (NMUSA) is a nonprofit corporation formed by shareholders, for shareholders. We are headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico and have a statewide presence through our membership and meetings.
The NMUSA represents over 12,000 New Mexican utility shareholders. We work effectively with the state's legislature and Public Regulation Commission on issues that impact utility companies operating in New Mexico. We are also active in national issues such as actions by the EPA and the ongoing debate over dividend and capital gains taxes. |
